Our wine is made by the traditional georgian method with fermentation in clay vessels (qvevri). Starting in 2017, the entire production is being supervised and certified by „Caucascert“ in order to ensure that all regulations for organic winemaking are met. After a transition period of three years we will now receive the official certificate for organic wines.
Additionally, LTD "Martali Wine" was the first company in Georgia to officially receive the Ministry of Agriculture´s certificate of „Transition to organic wine“, in 2019.
